Baby it’s cold outside
Still trying to test out my loading of the Inceptor projectiles but the weather still won’t cooperate.

As you can see, it’s quite a bit different than my other rifle calibers… (left to right) .458 Socom, 6.5 Grendel, .300 Blackout, and standard .223/5.56 cartridges.
The .458 Socom is big, tough, and a fun rifle to shoot. It will put a smile on your face the moment you pull the trigger.
The only problem is that the round it is not readily available here in gun fearing California, and since we’ve lost our right to purchase ammunition online, I had to turn to reloading the shells myself to make this beast more affordable to shoot.
Loving these new 10rd 458 Socom mags from CA Legal Mags. These steel mags hold those big bore bullets in place better than the polymer alternatives.
This Inceptor ammo for the new 458 Socom looks intimating to say the least.

Loving my new Strike Eagle 1-6×24 scope and mount from Vortex Optics. Primary Arms had such a great deal on this beauty, I just couldn’t pass it up.
Being new to AR building, this is my first non red dot sight. Not as quick acquisition on 1x as a red dot, but extremely clear. Can’t believe how much 6x brings you.
Thought it fitting for my Bear Creek Arsenal 18″ Grendel.
Wow, I did realize that 3D gun printing was so easy! Just make sure you’re using the full semi tray and you should be fine.
California law makers believe these make a more dangerous rifle:
Just need to change out to full semi and I’m done. 🙂
