Flex Friday… Two years and going strong

Sticking to at least three full workouts a week, with most weeks getting in a few more. Feeling stronger everyday, hitting my goals and looking forward to raising the bar for 2018.

If you’re feeling old and sluggish, don’t wait. Get out there and do it. Even better, find a friend to do it with you. You’d be amazed at how much a workout partner can motivate you. I’m so glad I did and I still look forward to every workout.

Here’s to a happy and healthy new year.

Who’s number one?

Lost some paint on Juicy’s front end when I pulled the class tag after the last track day. I needed something to cover it up rather than repaint. I Found this gem in my big box of stickers.

Thought it was fitting to add Nicky’s number on the Suzuki as he was riding a gixxer when I saw him win his first AMA race at Laguna Seca. Miss you champ. It’s been a tough year without you.
