Two Birthday Treats from the Happiest Place on Earth
The girls really took care of me while visiting The Avengers Vault at Disney’s California Adventure Park.
The Guardians of the Galaxy is my favorite storyline of the MCU, and I’ve always wanted to own the orb from the first movie. Thanks to my oldest daughter for making that happen. This thing is pretty cool and actually has a metal shell, along with lights, sounds and even a rumble motor inside. The stone can be removed and placed in other items that available from the movies. Each stone reacts differently when set into the other items to match the stone’s powers. They really made these things special and now of course I want them all.
While still in the shop, my wife and youngest daughter said they wanted to get me something else for my birthday. It was tough to decide in this magical world of marvelous toys, but one thing really caught my eye. I had no idea that the Time Stick from the Loki series as well as the Deadpool and Wolverine movie was even available. This thing is pretty cool, also a mixture of plastic and metal and this thing feels pretty legit. Lights and sounds along with special pruning effects when the stick strikes an object.
Thanks again to my girls for picking these up for me, and making my birthday extra special.
Baby gauntlets?
OMG, these cosbaby gauntlets from Hots Toys are adorable. I’m going to try my best to forget that I have seen all the other cute cosbaby characters from Infinity War and Endgame.
It seemed like a good idea
So, I was very excited when my wife told me she finally planted a little cactus in my new Thanos Infinity Gauntlet planter I wanted to put on my desk at work. But when I saw the result I immediately realized that bringing this to work would most certainly get me called into HR.

Wow, good things come to those that wait! Ordered this bad boy many, many months ago, and it has finally arrived!
This thing is beautiful, very well detailed with articulated fingers. Same two light up modes, always on and pulse.
So happy… only one to go, the Hulk version will complete the set later this year.

I picked up this awesome reproduction of “The Fonz” lunch box from the Captain Marvel movie. I even had an old Tesseract lying around that I pick up at SDCC last year.
I had it on pre-order at Entertainment Earth and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it shipped out much sooner than expected. They packaged it with a lot off bubble wrap so it arrive in perfect condition without a dent or scratch.
I’m so glad I decided to grab this item for my collection.
